Manual Horizontal Lathe

The C6140 is purely mechanical type, providing a user-friendly Operation Panel and simple Hand wheel control of the Feed and Spindle Speed. No need for a master in professional CNC programming, so that students can be easy learners. It supports flexible processing of small-batch, multi-variety work-pieces, allowing quick adjustment of processing parameters according to different requirements, which is more flexible than CNC lathes for small-batch and custom processing.

Machine bed and head-stock were made of high-strength HT250 artificial-aged cast iron to eliminate internal stress as much as possible after aging to reduce wear during machining to improve stability in production results. A precision bearing rotates the spindle and ensures that high precision in its processing. The Mechanical Transmission System has a simple Structure, relatively fewer faults caused by this reason, and risks of Electrical- Electronic Failure are also lower.

CNC lathe compared to C6140 has a 60% lower investment cost and does not require expensive maintenance of the CNC system. A simple Design is set up to avoid frequent additions and cleanings for ease of Maintenance costs and manpower savings. A manual Lubrication System has been provided that's simple to use and keeps the vital parts adequately oiled to boost service duration.

Supports many kinds of Turning Operations, such as Cylindrical Tearing, Conical Tearing, Thread Tearing, Facing, Grooving and Boring etc. Bed side Shift Around 400mm (MM); largest turning radius is approximately 750mm;; The Size range meets medium-small components processing demands. The feed system uses precise lead screws to achieve high processing accuracy; It is suitable for most general Mechanical Parts or everyday production needs.
