This design allows the machine to complete vertical processing (plane milling, groove cutting, drilling, tapping) and horizontal processing (gear milling, spline cutting, inclined surface processing) in one machine, significantly expanding the processing range. The swivel head adopts a high-precision gear drive system, ensuring stable rotation and accurate angle positioning, with an angle adjustment accuracy of ±0.01°, meeting the requirements of complex angle processing.

The machine's bed, column, and worktable are made of high-quality HT200-250 cast iron, processed by artificial aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, effectively reducing vibration during cutting. The worktable and guideway are treated with ultra-audio frequency quenching (hardness over 50HRC, quenching depth 2-4mm) and precision grinding, enhancing wear resistance and maintaining long-term processing precision. The 320×1370mm worktable has a maximum load capacity of 400kg, supporting the processing of small-to-medium sized work-pieces such as mold inserts and auto parts accessories without deformation.

The X6232 supports both manual and mechanical feed modes, balancing precise control and processing efficiency. It is equipped with X/Y axis motorized feed (8-level speed, 22-555mm/min) and Z axis electric lifting, with a rapid traverse speed of 810mm/min, significantly shortening non-processing time. The 3kW high-power main motor provides sufficient power for cutting, and the spindle speed ranges from 35-1660rpm (12-step regulation), adapting to different metal materials and cutting requirements. The integrated cooling system with a 25L/min coolant flow prevents tool overheating, improving tool service life and processing quality.

Compared with multi-axis machining centers and large universal mills, the X6232 has a 50% lower initial investment and operating cost, making it an ideal choice for small-to-medium enterprises and workshops.
