Precision Standards: According to ISO 10791-1:2015, the positioning accuracy of high-end CNC lathes must be ≤0.01mm, and the repeatability accuracy ≤0.005mm (data source: International Organization for Standardization website). The domestic standard GB/T 18400.1-2010 is equivalent, but allows a relaxation to 0.02mm for economical machine tools.

Safety Standards: GB 15760-2020 stipulates that the emergency stop button response time must be <0.5 seconds, and the impact resistance of the protective cover must be ≥50J, aligning with the international standard ISO 13849-1:2015.

Energy Efficiency Standards: According to the "Implementation Guidelines for Green Manufacturing Engineering (2021-2025)," the spindle motor efficiency must be ≥89%, and the standby power consumption ≤5% of the rated power.

The performance indicators of CNC lathes are important bases for measuring their machining capabilities and quality. Common performance indicators include machining accuracy, repeatability, spindle speed range, feed rate range, and workpiece length range. Machining accuracy is one of the core indicators of CNC lathes, directly affecting the quality and performance of machined parts. Repeatability reflects the accuracy of the lathe when machining the same position multiple times. The spindle speed range and feed rate range determine the lathe's machining capacity and efficiency.
