1. Overloading the equipment is strictly prohibited.
2. Before starting the machine, a thorough inspection must be conducted according to the regular checkpoints, and lubrication must be performed according to the lubrication chart.
3. If the machine has been idle for more than eight hours, it should be run at low speed for three to five minutes first to ensure the lubrication system is unobstructed and all parts are moving normally before starting work.
4. During operation, do not leave the machine unattended or entrust its care to others. Safety guards must not be removed, and the guide rails must not be disassembled.
5. Before moving the crossbeam, spindle, worktable, and lifting platform, loosen the fastening screws, remove surrounding debris, clean the guide rails, and apply oil.
6. When using rapid or automatic feed, the limit stop must be adjusted first.
7. During operation, the operation and lubrication of all parts must be checked frequently. If operation or lubrication is poor, operation should be stopped.
8. Tools, gauges, and workpieces must not be placed on the worktable.
9. Before starting the machine, the correctness of the automatic cycle must be checked.
10. After completing the work, place all handles in the non-working position, place the worktable in the middle position, lower the lifting platform below, and disconnect the power.
